New York Hall of Science presents 450 exhibits, demonstrations, workshops and participatory activities that explain science, technology, engineering, and math. A visit to NYSCI is a hands-on, energetic educational experience where you can indulge your curiosity and nurture your creativity.

3D Theater Presentations

Free Admission
Enjoy free general admission, September through June, on Fridays, 2 – 5 pm; Sundays, 10 – 11 am.
Free hours are suspended during World Maker Faire.
ASTC Passport Program
NYSCI honors members of institutions participating in the Association
of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) Passport program (benefit 2
adults/4 children) with photo ID and proof of home address within 90
miles of host museum. ASTC Passports are not accepted during World Maker Faire.
Strollers/Coats
Strollers are permitted. For your convenience, coats may be checked at our coat check area for a fee of $1.00 per item.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are available.
