NYSCI FEES
General Admission is required to participate in museum activities. All fees must be paid in full by the beginning of your visit, activity, or event.
SUPERVISION POLICY
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
NYSCI CANCELLATION & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No refunds will be issued. Unused tickets can be used as a credit for their original ticket value for up to one (1) year after the date of purchase, and any unused credits will be absorbed as a donation. Credits from multiple orders cannot be combined. Credits are not valid for use during World Maker Faire.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
NYSCI is open rain or shine. In the event that NYSCI is closed due to extreme weather conditions, a notification will be played on the general phone line at (718) 699 0005. In the event that NYSCI closes it's outdoor activities due to inclement weather conditions, a credit will be issued which can be used towards another museum activity, or a future visit.
